Happiness is a state of mind or feeling characterized by contentment, love, satisfaction and pleasure. (adapted from wikipedia) Someone ask me why is happiness so important? I said if you are happy, you will make people around you feel happy. Happiness is no mystery. Most people are quite clear about what happiness is, and can easilly describe how happy or not they are. Most people also consider happiness their most important goal in life. Happiness definitely rules!

Why we say 'happy' birthday? Because people think that birthday party is a party that will make us feel happy. And why people say 'happy holliday'? So, you see? happiness is so important to us. How would it be if we say 'sad birthday', 'sad holliday'? How would it be if happiness disappeared from our earth? Think about it. ~~~
